The appellant No. 1 Pawankumar Malpani had expired on 28.03.2020. His mother, widow and sons have filed present application for bringing their names as legal representatives of deceased appellant No. 1 on record. The deceased had expired during COVID-19 period. The matter pertains to Land Acquisition Act.

Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay caused in filing of the application is condoned, abatement of appeal is set aside and permission is granted to bring the names of applicants as legal representatives of deceased appellant No. 1. 3.

Civil application is disposed of.
