Heard. This is an application for bringing on record legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. The petition is with regard to the social status of the petitioner as belonging to Thakur - Scheduled Tribe. The petitioner is dead. His Legal representatives have filed the application. There is delay. Notice to respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives service for respondents No.1 and 3. Mr. P.S. Patil, learned counsel waives service for respondent No.2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C). Necessary amendment be carried out within one week. 3.
