The petitioner claims to be belonging to 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe has sought issuance of directions to respondent No.2 committee to decide his claim for validation expeditiously. 3.

Considering the fact that the claim is pending since 2016, it will be appropriate in our opinion to direct the respondent No.2

31-WP-4157-19 committee to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the committee. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the committee on 30th April, 2019.
