This is an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 3 Shabbir Kadar Pathan who is stated to have died on 7.12.2020. The application is in time in view of the extension of the period of limitation by the Supreme Court. Civil Application is allowed. Proposed Legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 3 be brought on record. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks.

Mr. Nangare, learned advocate for respondents submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of legal heirs of respondent No. 3 and dispenses with service of notice in second appeal.

The learned advocate for the appellant further seeks time

SA No.110/17 of two weeks to take appropriate steps for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 4-A.
