1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that substantial evidence is over in Change Report No.350/2024 before the authority.

2] In view of the fact that the evidence is over in change report No.350/2024 before the Deputy Charity Commissioner, the Deputy Charity Commissioner to decide C.R.No. 350/2024 within a period of two months from the date of production of this order and the same be decided on its own merits. All contentions are left open.

4433.25WP 3] The parties agree that they would co-operate the Deputy Charity Commissioner in deciding the Change Report No.350/2024 and assure this Court that they would take adjournment in the matter.

4] In view of the above, the Writ Petition No.4433/2025 is disposed of with above direction. 5] Pendency of Writ Petition No. 4282/2025 would not come in the way of Deputy Charity Commissioner in deciding Change Report No.350/2024. List Writ Petition No. 4282/2025 on 16.10.2025.
