The applicant has moved this application seeking service of notice to the respondents through paper publication. 2.

Perusal of report submits that the Deputy Registrar spells out that notice could not be served to respondent No. 4 as she was out of station. It is also reported that there is mistake in the name of respondent No. 4 and the correct name of respondent No. 4 is Haribai W/o. Tukaram Shelke which is named as Hirabai W/o. Tukaram Shelke. In view of service report the applicant was expected to have taken steps to correct the name and to send fresh notice through process of court. The application seeking service by way of paper publication can be entertained if notice could not be served to the respondents on the given address for the reason that

(2) ca8164.20 persons has left the address. No such eventuality exist to entertain the application. Hence, the application is rejected. Applicant is directed to take necessary steps to serve the respondent No. 4 through process of court. Necessary steps be taken within two weeks.
