The petitioner is approaching this Court with a limited prayer inter alia directions to the respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide her caste claim expeditiously.

The petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage. The petitioner is now studying in 12th standard and her claim for validation of caste is submitted to the committee and the same was accepted by the committee on 03/09/2018. The petitioner is having sufficient material to establish the claim that the petitioner belongs to 'Koli Malhar' Scheduled Tribe community. It is also submitted that as the petitioner is desirous to appear for the examinations to be conducted in near future for the provisional courses, she is in need of caste validity certificate for her claim in the provisional courses.

In view of the above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable forthwith. Learned AGP waives service for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 scrutiny committee to decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and not later than 15/06/2019.

With these directions and observations the petition is disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would appear before respondent No.2 committee on 09/04/2019.
