These applications are filed for condonation of delay of 5121 days caused in filing the appeals respectively. It is informed that the Original Claimants have not received the compensation amount as per enhanced award passed by the Court.

For the reasons stated in the applications, delay stands condoned respectively subject to cost of Rs. 2500/- (Rs.Two Thousand and Five Hundred Only) to be deposited in the Advocates Bar Association Liberary, High Court, Aurangabad within four weeks from today.

The applicants shall not be entitled to receive any interest for the delayed period in case the appeals are allowed and the amount of compensation is enhanced in appeal respectively.

The Civil Applications stand disposed off.
