Motion is made for modification of the order dated 3.2.2015, passed in W.P.No.1214/2015.

We have heard Mr.Narwade, learned counsel for the Applicant, Mr.Bedre, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 and Smt. Kshirsagar, learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader for the State and also perused memo of petition.

Para Nos.2 and 3 of the order dated 3.2.2015, passed in W.P.No.1214/2015, in fact has been wrongly carried out. The same was never issued. All the parties agree that para Nos.2 and 3 of the order dated 3.2.2015 are not relevant to the present matter.

In light of that, para Nos.2 and 3 of order dated 3.2.2015 in W.P.No.1214/2015, be deleted.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
