Heard learned Counsel for the parties. The respective parties are present before the Court. The applicant - wife has moved an application under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code for transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 67 of 2020 pending on the fle of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chalisgaon, Dist. Jalgaon to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad.

The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. However, he submits that in order to make it convenient for the respondent - husband to attend the dates at Aurangabad, directions may be issued to fi all the matters on one date. The request is genuine and well

As such, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). The Hindu Marriage Petition No. 67 of 2020 shall stand transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad.

The learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad as well as the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, shall ensure that both the matters are kept on one date in order to facilitate the respondent - husband to attend both the matters on a single date.

The Courts shall also make an endavour to dispose of the respective cases at the earliest.

The parties shall not seek unnecessary adjournments before the Courts below.

The application stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
