The Petitioner's father has received a validity certificate for belonging to the Mannervarlu, Scheduled Tribe category. The proposal of the petitioner for validation is tendered recently on 25.11.2022.

The learned A.G.P. submits that considering the huge burden on the Committee in dealing with such matters, especially of students, and in view of the orders passed by the High Court granting a time frame in several matters, that the Committee would now require at least one year to decide.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner aspires for admission to a professional course. 4.

This petition is disposed off. Considering that the proposal of the Petitioner has been filed belatedly on 25th November, 2022, we expect the Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15th August, 2023. The Petitioner/her father would render wholehearted
