Heard learned Advocates for the parties. The petitioner has approached this Court challenging an order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, thereby rejecting request of the petitioner to adjourn the proceeding and to grant stay. However, it is pointed out by the learned Advocate for the Caveator that in-fact the the Court has accepted the request and adjourned the proceeding to 17.03.2025. Now it is submitted that the proceeding is kept tomorrow i.e. on 19.03.2025 for final decision.

In the meantime, the petitioner had filed application raising point of maintainability of the Caveator before the Authority. However, the same is rejected by order dated 12.02.2025 and therefore the petitioner preferred revision to the State on 10.03.2025. It is grievance that the Government has not passed any interim order. It is

( 2 ) wp3712.25 apprehension that by the time the Government decides the revision, Misc. Application Nos. 54 of 2021 to 63 of 2021 pending before the respondent - Divisional Joint Registrar will be decided. However, apprehension of the petitioners is that if the Divisional Joint Registrar passes the order, it may result in de-registration of the Petitioner Societies and the situation would become irreversible. Therefore, it is necessary to stay the proceeding before the Divisional Joint Registrar till the Government decides the question of locusstandi. 03.

During the course of argument it is pointed out that the proceeding is filed on 10.03.2025 and immediately the petition is filed on 13.03.2025 i.e. within three days.

Learned AGP opposes the petition.

Considering all the above facts and the dates, this Court hardly finds any reason to pass any order causing interference in the revision pending before the Government. It would be in the interest of justice to request to Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation to decide the revision as early as possible, preferably within two weeks from today. 06.

With this, the Writ Petition is disposed off with no order as to costs.
