The learned advocate for the respondent husband submits that the respondent does not have any objection for transfer of the petition from Pune to Osmanabad. However, all the courts wherever the matters at Osmanabad are pending may be directed to list all these matters on the same date.

The learned advocate for the applicant wife does not have any objection to concede to the request.

The Application is allowed. The HM Petition No.1598/2019 pending on the file of the Family Court No.2 at Pune is transferred to the Family Court at Osmanabad. All the courts at Osmanabad, wherever the parties are litigating against each other, shall list all these matters, as far as possible, on same date.

The parties shall appear in the Family Court at Osmanabad on 01.10.2021 and there shall be no need to issue them any notice after transfer.
