Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Present petition is arising out of the order dated 14.06.2022 passed below Exhibit-6 by the learned District Judge-1, Kandhar, whereby the application below Exhibit-6 filed by original defendant/appellant came to be allowed whereby the learned Appellate Court had granted stay to the exparte decree passed by the learned Trial Court.

After going through the order passed by the learned Appellate Court, I do not find a reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Appellate Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The petition is dismissed. No order as to cost. 4.
