The first Civil Application is for bringing the L.R.s. of the sole respondent on record. The applicants are the L.R.s. of the respondent Ankush Fakira Chavan. Delay is of 07 months and 03 days.

Learned advocate for the petitioner/bank opposes the application, since it has been filed belatedly.

As such, the first Civil Application is allowed. I am not imposing costs on these applicants as the respondent was a worker and he has passed away after losing his employment over a decade ago.

The other Civil Applications are for listing Writ Petitions for final hearing. As the petitioner No. 1 is about 61 years old and a service dispute is involved, the Civil Applications are allowed. After amendment is carried out in the first Writ Petition, list all these Petitions for final hearing on 19th July, 2018.
