I have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

The Issue involved in this petition is with regard to the petitioner seeking admission for the D.G.O. course, in 2001. She preferred appeal No. Adm-43/2001 before the University and College Tribunal, which was dismissed by judgment dated 23.10.2001. She preferred Writ Petition No.763 of 2003 before this Court, which was disposed off by the learned Division Bench vide order dated 10.3.2003, permitting her to prefer a Review Application before the University and College Tribunal. By order dated 19.8.2003, the Tribunal rejected the Review Application on the ground that the Review was not maintainable.
