PER COURT :- 1) Heard. An affidavit in reply has been presented on behalf of Respondent Nos. 7 and 8, wherein it is stated that the road connecting village Rayate to major district road Sangamner to Siblapur is already in existence and the width of the road is 9 meters. Out of said 9 meters road, 3.75 meter is tar portion, however, the maintenance of the said road is not proper. It is further contended that the respondents are not widening road beyond 9 meters, which is presently in existence. It is contended that no acquisition proceedings are initiated. As such, the grievances raised by the petitioner in the instant petition, are misplaced. If at all the petitioner is of the opinion that the respondents/authorities are encroaching upon the area owned and possessed by him, it would be open for him to adopt alternate remedies available in law.

2) With liberty, as aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
