Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed objection before the competent authority under Section 3(H) (4) of the National Highways Act and the authorities have to refer the same to the Civil Court and same be directed to be referred to Civil Court.

Learned Counsel for respondent no.3 submits that compensation is already paid by the respondent no.3. 3.

We have also heard the learned for respondent no.3 and learned A.G.P.

The objection raised by the petitioner purportedly under Section 3 (H) shall be decided by the competent authority expeditiously, within three months from today, after hearing the parties.
