Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 17/03/2021 whereby registration of their second appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also delay of 1053 days in filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within four weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 17/03/2021 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections

2 912 ca 4848-24 within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.2000/- to be paid to the Registry of this court for utilization of Dispensary, High Court, Aurangabad.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
