Present application has been filed by the original respondent for withdrawal of the amount, which has been deposited by the appellant in pursuant to the order of this Court. Copy of the application was served on the present respondent. None present. Perused the order passed by this Court on 25.09.2018. The stay to the money decree was granted subject to deposit of amount of Rs.1,25,000/- and accordingly it appears that the amount has been deposited.

The application is allowed to withdraw the said amount by filing

CA_4764_2019 an undertaking that, in case the final result in the Second Appeal goes against him, he will make the said amount good. Undertaking to be filed within 15 days. Application is disposed of.
