It appears that the order passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in ROR/REV/278/2017 under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code is subject matter. 3.

The learned Advocate appearing for the parties admit that the second Revision would be maintainable before the State Government, as such, there is alternate efficacious remedy. 4.

In that view of the matter, Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file Revision Application before the State Government.
