Heard Mr. Dhorde, learned Senior Counsel appearing for applicants.

Our attention is invited to the order of this Court dated 8th September, 2017. Mr. Dhorde, learned Senior Counsel submitted that on earlier occasions also, the petition was fixed for hearing

3914.16ca (2) but for paucity of time, it could not be heard. Mr. Dhorde, learned Senior Counsel submitted that the issue involved in the petition is limited one and same is 'equal pay to equal work'. He then submits that the petition is filed in the year 2010. Mr. Dhorde, learned Senior Counsel, thus, prays for early date of hearing of the petition. 3.

In view of order of this Court dated 8th September, 2017, as well in view of submissions of Mr. Dhorde, learned Senior Counsel, we allow the prayer of Mr. Dhorde, learned Senior for fixing the petition by giving early date of hearing.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of.

Post the petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 22nd January, 2018.
