Considering the fact that validation proceedings are pending since 2016, we pass the following order :

(a) The Respondent Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 4.4.2018. (b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
