Writ Petition fled by the petitioner Tuljabhawani Zilla Dudh Utpadak Sangh bearing No. 1707 of 2020 came to be disposed of in terms of compromise purshis fled by the parties on record which is marked as 'X' for identifcation in the said Writ Petition. As per the terms of compromise purshis the applicant Dattatraya Venkatesh Gandale is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 5,76,077/- out of the amount deposited before this Court.
