Civil Application No. 5990/2016 is filed by the bank as it wants to come on record in the array of respondents and as it does not want to prosecute the inquiry started under section 88-C of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. The application is allowed. The bank is allowed to come on record in to the array of respondents.

In writ petition, the learned counsel for respondent i.e. the original complainant and the learned counsel for bank both have urgency as interim relief is granted by this Court.
