PER COURT :- 1.

This court by judgment and order dated 8.3.2007 directed the Collector to consider the request of the writ petitioner in accordance with the provisions of section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and pass a reasoned order after extending opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the Respondents and persons interested. The Collector was directed to complete the exercise within a period of eight weeks from receipt of the order. Order was issued in the year 2007 and in all probabilities same must have been complied with. Instant review application is presented in 2006. On perusal of the order, we are of the considered opinion that there is no error apparent on the face of the record committed by the Court in passing the order. There are no new grounds / circumstances pointed out requiring the court to entertain instant application of review.

Application seeking review is devoid of merit and hence stands rejected.
