2] Mr.Godbole, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondents have complied with the order passed by School Tribunal and the applicant has been reinstated in service. The issue in respect of non-payment of salary for the period 20/4/2008 to 26/2/2010 is yet to be resolved. For the purpose of payment of salary of that period, the school authority is expected to send the bills to Education Officer. He submits that in case the school authority forward the proposal within reasonable time, the applicant does not want to prosecute the appeal.
3] Learned counsel for the respondents on the basis of instructions received from respondent no.4 submits that requisite proposal/bill will be forwarded within two weeks.
-24] In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant does not wish to prosecute the application filed seeking leave to file appeal against the impugned judgment and order passed by JMFC Court No.1, Basmath, Dist.Hingoli in S.C.C.No.263/2008. He seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission granted. Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
