DATE :
4th September, 2015 PER COURT :
1.
I have considered the first appeals itself. The State has filed these appeals against the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court under section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. The Reference Court has granted paltry enhancement ranging from Rs.6,000/- to 14,000/- per hectare for jiriayat land and Rs.40,000/- per hectare for bagayat land. The Reference Court has given reasons for the same. The Reference court has relied on the sale transactions.
2.
Considering the above, the first appeals and applications for condonation of delay are dismissed.
