Parties have agreed that compensation awarded by the reference Court is covered by Government Resolution dated 3rd November, 2016 read with subsequent corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018. In view of the same, the Appellant intends to withdraw the Appeal. 3.

The Appellant/G.M.I.D.C. through the Executive Engineer, Latur intends to simply withdraw the appeals since the entire amount has been deposited in the reference Court and same has been withdrawn by the respective claimants/respondents and as such, nothing is remained.
