Upon hearing, learned counsel Mr. Satej S. Jadhav, holding for Mr. Majit S. Shaikh, Advocate for the applicant, on instructions of the applicant, submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw the present application. However, liberty to file similar application on same grounds after a period of six months in case the trial is not concluded within the said period, may be granted.
