There had been order on 7th January, 2019 in Writ Petition No. 12659 of 2018 directing the Sub Divisional Ofcer to decide application of the petitioner on the basis of documents submitted by the petitioner on its own merits and shall consider all the relevant aspects of the matter. Such decision could not come through.

It appears that there had been change in the procedure for consideration of the applications and application will have to be submitted online.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that if it is the impediment in decision making then he would submit application online and requests for direction to take decision thereon as early as possible as per order dated 07.01.2019.

As such, the petitioner may submit online application, the same be decided within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of submission of the application.
