The Petitioner is a practicing Advocate, who has directly approached this Court to challenge a notice dated 13.09.2022, issued to him by the Encroachment Wing of the Municipal Corporation, calling upon him to submit the documents pertaining to the property at issue. A reply has been tendered vide the communication dated 20.02.2023. 2.

We are of the view that the Corporation should deal with the reply of the Petitioner and by following the due procedure laid down in Law, pass an appropriate order or initiate such proceedings, as are permissible in Law.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. The Petitioner is at liberty to place a copy of this order before the Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation.
