The proceeding is filed to challenge the order made by respondent No. 2 by which furlough leave is refused on 06.09.2019. The submissions made show that subsequently, in writ petition No. 1226 of 2020 for grant of emergency parole, which is permissible under Government Notification dated 08.05.2020 came to be granted to him. In view of this circumstance, he will be released as per the order. He is not released only because he has not given bonds, which need to be given as per routine. In view of this circumstance, there is no need to consider the present matter.

The writ petition is disposed of.
