We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides and the learned AGP.

The petition is at pre-admission stage. Subsequent events are sought to be brought on record. The learned Advocates for the respondents oppose.

Considering the above, this civil application is allowed with
4641.22ca (2) the following directions :- (a) The memo of the petition be amended, on or before 13/04/2022 and a freshly typed copy of the writ petition memo shall be placed on record, on or before the same date. Copies be supplied to the other sides.
(b) All office objections in the writ petition, post amendment, be removed, on or before 21/04/2022. 5.
Subject to compliance of the above, list the writ petition for admission/hearing on 25/04/2022.
