THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA ...

Advocate for Applicants : Mr. Mandlik Pratap P. APP for Respondents: Mrs V S Chaudhary ...

CORAM : SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.

Dated: June 06, 2022 ...

PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of this application, charge-sheet came to be fled. The Applicant approached the trial court and obtained bail in the changed circumstances though this application was pending before this Court. He submits that the application has become infructuous. Though this Court does not approve the practice of obtaining bail without disclosing pendency of application before this Court; considering the apology tendered by the learned counsel, the application is disposed off as having rendered infructuous.
