In WP No.624/2019, the applicant prays for addition as a respondent in the writ petition on the ground that he is also a purchaser of the property. Similarly situated purchasers are before the Court. An order has been passed on 17/01/2019 and 25/01/2019 by which similarly situated persons have been granted certain benefits.

The learned Advocate for the original petitioner submits on instructions that this application may be allowed since the applicant khs/Dec.2019/3775-d

- 2 - is similarly situated with others in this petition. 3.

In view of the above, the civil application is allowed and the interim orders passed by this Court in the writ petition would apply to the present applicant as well.

The applicant shall carry out the addition of party within 2 (two) weeks.
