PER COURT :- The petitioner was appointed as a President of District Committee of Vasantrao Naik Tanda/Vasti Sudhar Yojna by order dated 31.10.2013 and he has been removed by the State Government by virtue of the order dated 21.2.2015. There are no regulations governing methodology of removal of the President and the appointment of the petitioner is at the pleasure of the State Government. Petitioner does not have any legal right to claim his entitlement to continue as a President over the committee.
