PER COURT :-

1. Heard. The petition is filed with prayer clauses B and D. "B.

The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may kindly be restrained from cancelling the admission of the petitioner for the course of M.B.B.S. and from taking any adverse action against the petitioner for non submission of Caste Validity Certificate of petitioner, as Caste Validity proceedings of the petitioner are pending before respondent no.4 Committee.

D. The respondent nos. 2 and 3 may kindly be directed to accept the examination forms of the petitioner for the course of M.B.B.S., allow the petitioner to appear for examination for the course of M.B.B.S. and to declare the results of the petitioner of said Examination and conferred the petitioner the necessary Certificates, which the petitioner entitled. "

2. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Caste Validity claim is pending with the respondent no.4 Committee.

3. The petitioner is prosecuting the studies in First Year M.B.B.S. Course. He is not allowed to fill in the examination form on the ground that he has not submitted the caste validity certificate with respondent no.2 College.

4. We direct respondent nos. 2 and 3 to accept the examination form of the petitioner, subject to the proceedings pending before respondent no.4.

5. Respondent no.4 is directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight months from today.

6. The petitioner to cooperate with respondent no.4 Committee for early disposal of the claim.

7. Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
