Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that examination form of the petitioner for the Course of B.D.S. First Year is not accepted by respondent nos. 2 and 3 on the ground that the petitioner has not filed caste validity certificate. He submits that the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.4 Committee.

Learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent no.4 on instructions makes a statement that the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.4 Committee. 3.

In the light of above, we direct the respondent no.4 to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from today.
