Now, the parties have arrived at compromise wherein, the petitioners have agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 4,80,000/- (Rs. Four Lakh Eighty Thousand only) to the respondents, out of which, an amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rs. Four Lakh only) is already paid in earlier compromise and now only Rs. 80,000/- (Rs. Eighty Thousand only) is to be paid. In view of the compromise, the petitioners will be declared lawful owners and possessors of the suit land and the respondents, their legal heirs or any person acting on behalf of them will not claim and right and shall not interfere in the suit land to the extent of Survey No. 84 i.e. Gat No. 62 admeasuring 6H 22R situated at Village Rohi

2 wp 2893-2009.odt Pimpalgaon, Taluka Mudkhed, District Nanded. The compromise terms are duly verified by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 2.

The petitioner No. 1-A-I GPA holder represents all the petitioners. The respondent Nos. 3, 4-A and 4-B are present in the Court and they are duly identified by the respective learned advocate. 3.

The compromise pursis is taken on record and marked as annexure "X" for the purpose of identification along with letter of authority executed by the petitioners in favour of petitioner No. 1-A-I. 4.

In view of the compromise, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
