Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the applicant for grant of anticipatory bail, since he is apprehending his arrest in connection with CR No.19/2015 registered with Police Station, Talwada, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under Section.s. 354, 452, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
[2] Heard Mr. Shinde Ravindra, Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. U.H. Bhogale, Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Maharashtra. [3]1 Looking to the nature of accusation made against the present applicant in the First Information Report, it is clear to this court that, custodial presence of present applicant is not at all required. However, discretionary relief is granted in favour of present applicant, by imposing certain conditions. Hence, I pass the following order :-

ORDER
(i) Criminal Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant - NAGNATH S/O SUNDARRAO RADE shall be released on anticipatory bail on he executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 5,000/- [Rs. Five Thousand.] with one solvent surety in the like amount, in connection with CR No.19/2015 registered with Police Station, Talwada, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under Section.s. 354, 452, 323 of the Indian Penal Code. (iii) The applicant shall attend Police Station, Talwada, Dist. Beed twice in a week, preferably on every Sunday and Tuesday between 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m., till filing of the Charge Sheet. (iv) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses nor shall intimidate the prosecutrix. (iv) With these observations, Criminal Application is disposed of.
