Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Present civil application is filed by the applicant-original claimant for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this court. He further submits that under order dated 01-03-2018 first appeal No. 880 of 2014 and other companion matters have been dismissed.

The learned AGP appearing for respondents has no particular objection to grant the application. 4.

Having regard to aforesaid submissions and dismissal of first appeal No. 880 of 2014 under order dated 01-03-2018, the claimant may withdraw the amount deposited in this court. In

2 1003-CA-4186-18 view of aforesaid, bank guarantee shall not be necessary and furnished, if any, may be discharged.
