Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0285/2023, dated 15/12/2023, registered at Dhadgaon Police Station, District Nandurbar, for the offences punishable under sections 405, 406, 408, 409, 420, 463, 464, 465, 467, 468 of IPC.

By order dated 03/04/2025, this Court granted interim protection to the applicant noting the submissions and reasons at paragraphs No.3 and 4 as under :- "3] The offence pertains for the period from January, 2018 to October, 2020. The case against the present applicant is that the applicant was the employee of the Bank. The applicant with collusion with the private person had withdrawn certain amount from the account of the customers. The applicant was caught raid handed by the bank officials and to that effect, departmental enquiry was initiated against the present applicant. 4] The amount, so withdrawn, has been deposited by the applicant. Thereafter, the applicant is dismissed from service. The offence pertains for the period from January, 2018 to October, 2020 and the entire evidence are documentary in nature. No further custodial interrogation of the application is necessary. The applicant is not in service. Considering the same, the applicant 1 of
960 ABA 431-2025 is granted interim protection in the following terms..." Pursuant thereto, the applicant attended the police station and cooperated with the investigation. During the course of investigation, no further adverse material has been found against the applicant. 4.
In view of the above, the application is allowed in the following terms:
i] In the event the applicant is arrested in connection with FIR No.0285/2023, dated 15/12/2023, registered at Dhadgaon Police Station, District Nandurbar, for the offences punishable under sections 405, 406, 408, 409, 420, 463, 464, 465, 467, 468 of IPC, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
ii] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when called by the police.
iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 2 of
960 ABA 431-2025 6.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
