It appears that the petitioner is a purchaser of plot from land gut No. 68/3/3 in relation to which already N. A. permission was granted and layout was drawn which was approved by the competent authority.

According to the petitioner the revenue record of the aforesaid gut number ought to have been corrected thereby closing the title of the said land as N. A. from agricultural. 4.

According to him the proceedings are pending before the respondent No. 2/Tahsildar, which are required to be directed to

2 wp 3902.23 be decided expeditiously and in accordance with law. 5.

In view of aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondent No. 2/Tahsildar to decide the proceedings initiated at the behest of the petitioner, on its own merits and expeditiously.
