Learned Advocate Mr. Gaikwad appears for the Appellant along with Ms. Shitalkumar H. Ghume, Executive Civil Engineer, Nashik Division of Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. ['MSEDCL' for short]. He tenders across the table a communication dated 20/08/2025 along with a withdrawal Pursis dated 10/09/2025 and submits that, the MSEDCL has taken a decision to withdraw the Appeal pursuant to the Government Resolution dated 03/11/2016 and the Corrigendum dated 23/02/2017 and 13/08/2018.

The said communication and Pursis are taken on record and marked as 'Exhibits - X-1 and X-2'.

In view of the above, the First Appeal stands disposed o? as withdrawn.

Twelve [12] weeks' time is granted to the Appellant to deposit the amount of compensation in this Court, failing which the amount shall carry the statutory rate of interest after the expiry of the said period of twelve [12] weeks till its realization.
