PER COURT :- The objection in the application is in respect of advertisement and the terms and conditions, prescribed by the respondent institution. in respect of disposal of the property. By order passed on 10.3.2015, we permitted the respondent institution, to undertake an exercise to find out willing purchaser, who is prepared to offer price, more than Rs.7 crores and up to the limit of Rs.11 crores and in order to find out the prospective purchaser, we permitted the respondents to publish an advertisement.
{2} CA 3743.15.odt The advertisement issued is not in conformity with the order passed by this Court on 10.3.2015.
In this view of the matter, we direct the respondent to publish a clarification in the news paper to the effect that, the prospective purchaser may put up their offers to the respondent institution, offering price more than Rs.7 crores and up to the limit of Rs.11 crores and more, before the prescribed date i.e. 27.3.2015 and that, the bids received in pursuance to the advertisement shall be placed before the Court. These procedures adopted will not invite any action against the respondent.
With the clarification as above, Civil Application is disposed of.
