We have heard Mr. Kazi, learned counsel for the original writ petitioner. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the applicant would be necessary party. In the light of that, present civil application is allowed to the extent that the present applicant be added as party to the writ petition. Civil application accordingly allowed to that extent and disposed of. The petitioner shall carry out amendment in the writ petition. 3.
