Learned counsel Mr. A.D. Pawar appearing for the appellant is present today. He tenders on record written instructions to withdraw First Appeals. Due to unavoidable circumstances, the representative officer of appellant is unable to remain present today. 2.

On instructions, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw First Appeals, in view of the Government Resolution

3 159 to 163 & 166.odt No. Sankirna-2014/Prak.Kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 03.11.2016 with Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018, to the said Government Resolution.

Leave is granted. All these First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.

If the amount is already deposited in this Court, the same shall be transmitted to the Reference Court. The respondents/claimants are entitled to withdraw the same along with accrued interest thereon. If the amount is not deposited or if there is deficit, the same shall be deposited before the Reference Court within a period of six months from today. Same shall be treated as an undertaking. On deposit of such amount, same shall be disbursed to the respondents/claimants, with accrued interest.

Court fees be refunded as per Rules.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
