The Petitioner has tendered applications praying for carrying out mutation entry with regard to his 'Well'. 2.

The learned AGP submits that such applications are to be dealt with by the District Level Committee formed under the circular, dated 13.02.2015.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner points out an application dated 13.11.2023, addressed to the Divisional Commissioner.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We direct Respondent No.2 to forward all the representations/ applications received by him from the Petitioner to the District Level Committee. The District Level Committee shall follow the due procedure laid down in law and shall endeavour to decide the said representations within a period of 90 (ninety) days from today.
