Learned counsel for applicant prayed for expeditious hearing of the First Appeal No. 953 of 2004, at the earliest. 3.

After perusal of relevant documents it appears that, record and proceedings of the Land Acquisition Reference No. 68 of 2002 has not been received to this Court in First Appeal No. 953 of 2004. The impugned Judgment and Award passed by 1st Ad-hoc Additional District Judge, Biloli, dated 06-01-2004 in Land Acquisition Reference No. 68 of 2002, is challenged in this appeal.

The Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to take initiative for procuring the record and proceedings of Land Acquisition Reference No. 68 of 2002 and also make enquiry as to why the record and proceedings is not received to this Court pursuant to the Order dated 14th January, 2005 . 5.
